Responsibilities
- Safely and efficiently deliver food orders to customers within designated Las Vegas areas
- Maintain excellent customer service through professional communication and order verification
- Operate company-provided mobile app for real-time order tracking and navigation
- Inspect and maintain vehicle cleanliness and operational standards
- Adhere to all traffic laws and safety protocols during deliveries
- Accurately report delivery status and customer feedback via digital tools
- Collaborate with restaurant partners to resolve order discrepancies promptly
Qualifications
- Valid Nevada driver's license with clean driving record (3+ years)
- Reliable personal vehicle with current registration and insurance
- Smartphone with GPS capability and data plan
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods
- Strong time management and multitasking abilities
- Basic knowledge of Las Vegas neighborhoods and traffic patterns
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Previous delivery or customer service experience preferred
