Responsibilities
- Safely transport food, packages, and retail items using company vehicles
- Provide friendly, efficient customer service during delivery interactions
- Maintain accurate delivery records via mobile app
- Follow optimized routes to maximize efficiency and minimize delivery time
- Perform pre-trip vehicle inspections and report maintenance needs
- Collaborate with dispatch team for real-time delivery updates
- Adhere to all traffic laws and company safety protocols
Qualifications
- Valid North Carolina driver's license with clean driving record
- Minimum 1 year of professional driving experience
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly
- Strong time management and navigation skills
- Smartphone proficiency for delivery apps
- Reliable transportation to/from shift locations
- Pass background check and drug screening
