Responsibilities
- Operate commercial vehicles safely and efficiently over long distances.
- Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections to ensure vehicle safety compliance.
- Maintain accurate logs and paperwork in accordance with DOT regulations.
- Handle cargo with care and ensure timely delivery to customers.
- Communicate effectively with dispatch and customers regarding delays or issues.
- Adhere to all safety policies and traffic laws at all times.
Qualifications
- Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL).
- Minimum of 1 year of verifiable OTR driving experience.
- Current DOT medical card and physical.
- Pass a background check and drug screening.
- Strong knowledge of interstate trucking regulations.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
