Responsibilities
- Safely operate commercial trucks on dedicated routes between Cincinnati and regional distribution centers
- Conduct pre-trip inspections and ensure compliance with DOT regulations
- Maintain accurate delivery documentation and electronic logging systems
- Provide exceptional customer service during loading/unloading operations
- Collaborate with dispatch team to optimize route efficiency and on-time performance
- Adhere to strict safety protocols and defensive driving practices
- Communicate proactively about route conditions and delivery status
Qualifications
- Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL) with clean driving record
- Minimum 2 years OTR driving experience
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and operate loading equipment
- Strong knowledge of DOT regulations and safety standards
- Excellent time management and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently while maintaining team communication
- Flexibility to work evenings/weekends as required by dedicated routes
- Pass background check and drug screening
