Responsibilities
- Safely operate Class A tractor-trailers on dedicated regional routes within the Mid-Atlantic corridor
- Complete pre-trip inspections, documentation, and post-trip maintenance reporting
- Adhere strictly to HOS regulations and company safety protocols
- Coordinate with dispatch for timely loading/unloading at distribution centers
- Maintain accurate delivery logs and electronic records (ELD)
- Provide exceptional customer service during dock interactions
- Support warehouse operations when not on assigned routes
Qualifications
- Valid Class A CDL with minimum 2 years OTR experience
- Clean MVR and no preventable accidents in past 3 years
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and operate in all weather conditions
- Proficient in ELD systems and basic navigation technology
- Strong knowledge of Mid-Atlantic geography and traffic patterns
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Flexibility for early morning starts and weekend availability
- Pass background check and drug screening (required)
