Responsibilities
- Safely operate commercial vehicles on dedicated routes between Saint Paul and regional distribution centers
- Maintain accurate electronic logs, delivery records, and vehicle inspection reports
- Adhere strictly to DOT regulations, safety protocols, and company policies
- Coordinate with dispatch team for timely pickups/delays and route adjustments
- Load/unload cargo with proper securing techniques to prevent damage
- Conduct pre/post-trip inspections and report maintenance needs promptly
- Provide exceptional customer service during client interactions at delivery sites
Qualifications
- Valid Class A CDL with minimum 1 year OTR experience
- Clean MVR with no major violations in past 3 years
- Ability to pass DOT physical, drug screening, and background check
- Proficiency in electronic logging devices and route navigation systems
- Strong time management skills for on-schedule deliveries
- Basic mechanical knowledge for roadside troubleshooting
- Flexibility to work evenings/weekends as needed
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
