Responsibilities
- Safely operate Class A commercial vehicles for dedicated OTR routes in the Philadelphia metro area
- Adhere to strict delivery schedules while maintaining DOT compliance and safety protocols
- Complete thorough pre/post-trip inspections and accurately maintain electronic logs
- Load/unload freight with precision while ensuring cargo security and integrity
- Communicate proactively with dispatch team and clients regarding delivery status
- Represent the company professionally through exceptional customer service
- Operate in all weather conditions while prioritizing road safety
Qualifications
- Valid Class A CDL with clean driving record (no more than 2 moving violations in 3 years)
- Minimum 2 years verifiable OTR experience with dedicated route background
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical loading/unloading duties
- Strong knowledge of Philadelphia metro area and surrounding states
- Proficient in ELD technology and electronic log management
- Exceptional time management and route optimization skills
- Commitment to safety excellence and zero-tolerance policy for violations
- Ability to work independently while maintaining clear communication
