Responsibilities
- Safely operate commercial vehicles (Box trucks or Straight trucks) for local and regional deliveries
- Adhere strictly to DOT regulations, safety protocols, and company policies
- Accurately complete pre/post-trip inspections and maintain electronic logs
- Load/unload freight with proper handling techniques to prevent damage
- Provide exceptional customer service during delivery interactions
- Optimize routes for efficient on-time delivery performance
- Report maintenance issues promptly to ensure vehicle readiness
Qualifications
- Valid Class A or B Commercial Driver's License (CDL) in Pennsylvania
- Minimum 1 year verifiable commercial driving experience
- Clean MVR with no major violations in past 3 years
- Ability to pass DOT physical and drug screening
- Strong knowledge of Philadelphia metro area geography
- Basic proficiency with electronic logging devices (ELD)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly
- Excellent time management and communication skills
