Responsibilities
- Safely operate Class A/B commercial vehicles for local/regional deliveries
- Adhere to strict DOT regulations and safety protocols
- Load/unload cargo efficiently with proper handling techniques
- Maintain accurate delivery logs and documentation
- Perform pre/post-trip inspections and basic vehicle maintenance
- Provide exceptional customer service during delivery interactions
- Optimize routes for timely and cost-effective deliveries
- Communicate effectively with dispatch team and clients
Qualifications
- Valid Class A or B Commercial Driver's License (CDL)
- Minimum 2 years verifiable truck driving experience
- Clean MVR with no major violations in past 3 years
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and operate manual/electric pallet jacks
- Strong knowledge of Philadelphia metro area geography
- DOT medical certification and physical fitness for driving
- Basic mechanical troubleshooting skills
- Excellent time management and problem-solving abilities
