Responsibilities
- Operate commercial vehicles (box trucks, flatbeds) to transport goods safely and efficiently
- Perform pre-trip inspections and routine maintenance checks
- Adhere to DOT regulations and company safety protocols
- Manage delivery documentation and route optimization
- Provide exceptional customer service during loading/unloading
- Maintain accurate delivery logs and mileage records
- Collaborate with dispatch team for timely pickups/deliveries
Qualifications
- Valid Class A or B Commercial Driver's License (CDL)
- Minimum 2 years verifiable driving experience
- Clean driving record (no DUIs or major violations in past 3 years)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly
- Strong time management and route planning skills
- Basic knowledge of DOT compliance and safety standards
- Must pass background check and drug screening
- Flexibility to work evenings/weekends as needed
