Responsibilities
- Safely operate commercial trucks and vans according to all federal, state, and local regulations.
- Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure safety compliance.
- Load and unload cargo securely, ensuring proper handling of merchandise.
- Maintain accurate driver logs (DOT/HOS) and electronic logging device (ELD) records.
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients during pickup and delivery.
- Adhere to strict safety protocols and company policies at all times.
- Report mechanical issues or accidents immediately to dispatch.
Qualifications
- Valid Class A or Class B Commercial Driver’s License (CDL).
- Must possess a clean driving record (MVR check required).
- Ability to pass a Department of Transportation (DOT) physical exam.
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
- Availability to work part-time shifts as required.
