Responsibilities
- Safely operate commercial vehicles in a professional and courteous manner.
- Perform thorough pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure roadworthiness.
- Load and unload cargo securely, adhering to weight distribution guidelines.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date electronic logging device (ELD) records.
- Adhere strictly to all traffic laws, DOT regulations, and company safety policies.
- Communicate effectively with dispatch and customers regarding delivery status.
Qualifications
- Valid Commercial Driver's License (CDL) Class A or Class B.
- Current Medical Examiner's Certificate (DOT Physical).
- Clean driving record with no more than two moving violations in the past three years.
- Minimum of 1 year of verifiable commercial driving experience.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Basic computer proficiency for logging duties.
