Responsibilities
- Operate commercial vehicles safely in compliance with DOT regulations
- Deliver freight to designated locations within Seattle and surrounding areas
- Conduct pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections
- Maintain accurate delivery documentation and logs
- Load/unload cargo with proper handling techniques
- Communicate effectively with dispatch and clients
- Adhere to strict delivery timelines and quality standards
Qualifications
- Valid Class A or B Commercial Driver's License (CDL)
- Minimum 1 year verifiable commercial driving experience
- Clean MVR with no major violations in past 3 years
- Ability to pass DOT physical and drug screening
- Knowledge of Seattle-area traffic patterns and routes
- Basic mechanical troubleshooting skills
- Strong attention to detail and safety awareness
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly
