Responsibilities
- Operate commercial vehicles (Class A/B) for local and regional deliveries in San Jose Bay Area
- Ensure timely and safe transportation of goods while maintaining strict compliance with DOT regulations
- Conduct pre-trip inspections and basic vehicle maintenance checks
- Maintain accurate delivery records and documentation
- Provide exceptional customer service during loading/unloading operations
- Adapt to flexible schedules including weekends and early mornings as needed
- Collaborate with dispatch team for route optimization and delivery coordination
Qualifications
- Valid Class A or B Commercial Driver's License (CDL) with clean driving record
- Minimum 2 years verifiable commercial driving experience
- Current DOT medical certification
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and operate in various weather conditions
- Strong knowledge of San Jose Bay Area roadways and traffic patterns
- Excellent time management and problem-solving skills
- Background check and drug testing clearance required
- Must have reliable transportation to worksite
