Responsibilities
- Safely operate delivery vehicles in accordance with traffic laws and company policies
- Load, secure, and unload packages with care to prevent damage
- Optimize delivery routes for maximum efficiency and punctuality
- Maintain accurate delivery records and obtain customer signatures
- Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections
- Communicate effectively with dispatch and customers regarding delivery status
- Adhere to all safety protocols and company standards
Qualifications
- Valid Florida driver's license with clean driving record
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly
- Basic math skills for handling cash and invoices
- Strong time management and organizational abilities
- Reliable transportation to and from the distribution center
