Responsibilities
- Safely operate Class B commercial vehicles for local deliveries within San Francisco
- Perform pre/post-trip inspections and maintain accurate vehicle maintenance logs
- Load/unload cargo using pallet jacks and hand trucks (max 50 lbs)
- Navigate urban routes while adhering to strict delivery schedules
- Complete electronic logging and delivery documentation
- Provide exceptional customer service at client locations
- Comply with all DOT regulations and company safety protocols
Qualifications
- Valid California Class B CDL license with clean driving record
- Minimum 1 year commercial driving experience
- Ability to pass DOT physical and drug screening
- Familiarity with San Francisco geography and traffic patterns
- Basic mechanical knowledge for minor vehicle maintenance
- Strong time management and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
