Responsibilities
- Safely operate commercial trucks to deliver goods to local and regional destinations.
- Perform thorough pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure compliance.
- Maintain accurate logs (ELD) and complete all necessary delivery paperwork accurately.
- Load and unload cargo using forklifts, pallet jacks, or manual labor as required.
- Adhere to all Department of Transportation (DOT) regulations and company safety policies.
Qualifications
- Valid Class A or Class B Commercial Driver’s License (CDL).
- Current Medical Examiner's Certificate (DOT Physical).
- Minimum of 1 year of driving experience (local preferred).
- Clean driving record with no major violations in the last 3 years.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
