Responsibilities
- Safely operate commercial trucks and vans in a professional and courteous manner.
- Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure safety compliance.
- Load and unload cargo efficiently, ensuring proper handling of goods.
- Maintain accurate electronic logging device (ELD) records and delivery documents.
- Adhere to all DOT regulations, traffic laws, and company safety policies.
- Communicate effectively with dispatch and customers regarding delivery status.
Qualifications
- Valid Class A or Class B CDL license with a clean driving record (MVR).
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
- Ability to pass a drug screen and background check.
- Basic understanding of cargo securement and DOT regulations.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
- Must have a valid Commercial Driver's License (CDL).
