Responsibilities
- Operate commercial vehicles (box trucks, flatbeds, or reefers) for local and regional routes
- Perform pre-trip inspections and basic maintenance checks
- Safely load/unload cargo using appropriate equipment
- Maintain accurate delivery logs and documentation
- Adhere to DOT regulations and company safety protocols
- Communicate effectively with dispatch and clients
- Assist with route optimization and timely deliveries
Qualifications
- Valid Class A or B Commercial Driver's License (CDL)
- Minimum 1 year of verifiable commercial driving experience
- Clean MVR and no major violations in past 3 years
- Ability to pass DOT physical and drug screening
- Basic knowledge of Houston metro area and surrounding regions
- Forklift certification preferred but not required
- Strong work ethic and punctuality
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally
