Responsibilities
- Safely operate commercial vehicles (Class A/B) for local and regional deliveries
- Perform thorough pre/post-trip vehicle inspections and maintenance reports
- Ensure timely, accurate delivery of goods while maintaining quality standards
- Maintain precise delivery logs and documentation for compliance
- Adhere strictly to DOT regulations and company safety protocols
- Provide exceptional customer service during delivery interactions
- Collaborate with dispatch team for route optimization and scheduling
Qualifications
- Valid Commercial Driver's License (Class A or B) with current endorsements
- Minimum 2 years verifiable commercial driving experience
- Clean MVR with no major violations in past 3 years
- Ability to lift up to 75 pounds and operate loading equipment
- Strong knowledge of Austin metropolitan area roadways
- Proficient in electronic logging devices (ELD) technology
- Excellent time management and problem-solving skills
- Flexible availability including early mornings and weekends
