Responsibilities
- Operate commercial vehicles safely and efficiently in accordance with all traffic laws and company policies.
- Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections to ensure vehicle safety and compliance.
- Load and unload cargo securely, adhering to safety protocols to prevent damage.
- Maintain accurate logbooks and electronic logging device (ELD) records.
- Communicate effectively with dispatch and customers regarding delivery schedules and status updates.
- Keep the vehicle clean and organized at all times.
Qualifications
- Valid Class A or Class B Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) with required endorsements.
- Minimum of 1 year of verifiable driving experience (preferred).
- Clean driving record (MVR check required).
- Ability to pass a DOT physical examination.
- Strong understanding of traffic laws, safety regulations, and road conditions.
- Basic English proficiency for communication.
