Responsibilities
- Safely operate commercial vehicles (Class A/B) to deliver freight on time
- Conduct pre/post-trip inspections and maintain accurate vehicle logs
- Load/unload shipments with proper handling techniques
- Navigate efficiently using GPS and route planning software
- Adhere to DOT regulations and company safety protocols
- Communicate professionally with dispatch and clients
- Assist with warehouse duties as needed during off-hours
Qualifications
- Valid Class A or B Commercial Driver's License (CDL)
- Minimum 1 year verifiable commercial driving experience
- Clean MVR with no major violations in past 3 years
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- Basic knowledge of DOT regulations and logbook maintenance
- Strong navigation skills in Fresno and surrounding areas
- Flexibility for early morning, evening, or weekend shifts
- Pass background check and drug screening
