Responsibilities
- Safely operate commercial vehicles for local/regional deliveries in the Las Vegas Valley
- Conduct thorough pre/post-trip inspections and maintain accurate DOT compliance records
- Load/unload cargo with proper securement techniques and equipment operation
- Communicate effectively with dispatch and clients regarding delivery status
- Adhere strictly to traffic laws, safety protocols, and company policies
- Assist in route optimization and on-time performance metrics
Qualifications
- Valid Class A or B Commercial Driver's License (CDL) with clean MVR
- Minimum 1 year commercial driving experience with verifiable references
- Pass DOT physical, drug screening, and background check
- Proficiency in electronic logging devices (ELD) and basic navigation systems
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in varying weather conditions
- Strong time management and problem-solving abilities
- Flexibility to work weekends, early mornings, or evenings as needed
