Responsibilities
- Safely operate commercial trucks and vans to transport goods to designated delivery locations.
- Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure compliance with safety regulations.
- Load and unload cargo using forklifts, pallet jacks, or manual handling, ensuring proper securing.
- Maintain accurate logs, delivery receipts, and daily mileage reports.
- Adhere to all traffic laws, company policies, and Department of Transportation (DOT) guidelines.
- Provide exceptional customer service during loading and unloading processes.
Qualifications
- Valid Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) Class A or B required.
- Clean driving record with no major violations within the last 3 years.
- Ability to pass a Department of Transportation (DOT) physical examination.
- Strong knowledge of local Denver and Colorado roadways.
- Physical stamina to lift, push, pull, and maneuver cargo weighing up to 50 lbs.
- Reliable access to a personal vehicle for shift commutes if applicable.
