Responsibilities
- Safely operate Class A/B commercial vehicles for local and regional deliveries
- Perform thorough pre/post-trip inspections and maintain accurate DOT compliance logs
- Load/unload cargo using proper equipment and safety protocols
- Adhere to strict delivery schedules while maintaining exceptional customer service
- Communicate effectively with dispatch and clients regarding delivery status
- Maintain clean driving record and follow all FMCSA regulations
- Support warehouse operations when not on driving routes
Qualifications
- Valid Class A or B Commercial Driver's License (CDL)
- Minimum 1 year verifiable commercial driving experience
- Clean MVR with no major violations in past 3 years
- Ability to pass DOT physical and random drug screenings
- Basic knowledge of Tampa Bay area roadways and logistics hubs
- Strong attention to detail and safety-conscious mindset
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
