Responsibilities
- Safely operate commercial vehicles (Class A/B CDL) for local and regional deliveries
- Conduct pre-trip inspections and maintain accurate vehicle maintenance logs
- Load/unload freight with proper material handling techniques
- Adhere strictly to DOT regulations and company safety protocols
- Provide exceptional customer service during delivery interactions
- Navigate efficiently using GPS systems while meeting tight delivery windows
- Complete required paperwork and digital documentation accurately
Qualifications
- Valid Class A or B Commercial Driver's License (CDL)
- Minimum 1 year verifiable tractor-trailer experience
- Clean MVR with no major violations in past 3 years
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and operate loading equipment
- Strong knowledge of Ohio roadways and traffic regulations
- Excellent time management and communication skills
- Flexibility for early morning start times (4-6 AM)
- Pass background check and drug screening
