Responsibilities
- Safely operate commercial vehicles (box trucks, flatbeds) within Southern California routes
- Perform pre-trip inspections and ensure vehicle maintenance compliance
- Accurately document delivery logs and handle paperwork with precision
- Maintain professional communication with dispatch and clients
- Adhere strictly to DOT regulations and safety protocols
- Assist with loading/unloading when required
- Represent Pacific Coastal Logistics with exceptional customer service
Qualifications
- Valid Class A or B CDL license with clean driving record
- Minimum 2 years verifiable commercial driving experience
- Current DOT medical certification
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally
- Strong knowledge of California traffic laws and routes
- Flexible availability for evenings/weekends
- Excellent time management and navigation skills
- Pass background check and drug screening
