Responsibilities
- Safely operate commercial vehicles for local deliveries
- Load/unload cargo with proper equipment
- Maintain accurate delivery logs and paperwork
- Perform pre/post-trip vehicle inspections
- Adhere to DOT regulations and safety protocols
- Provide exceptional customer service
- Communicate effectively with dispatch team
- Assist in route optimization when needed
Qualifications
- Valid Class A or B CDL license
- 1+ years commercial driving experience
- Clean driving record (no DUIs in 5 years)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- Strong knowledge of Boston metro area
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Excellent time management skills
- Basic mechanical knowledge preferred
