Responsibilities
- Safely operate commercial vehicles (box trucks, flatbeds, or reefers) for local/short-haul routes
- Perform pre/post-trip inspections and basic vehicle maintenance
- Load/unload cargo using pallet jacks, forklifts, and manual techniques
- Maintain accurate delivery logs and electronic documentation
- Adhere to DOT regulations and company safety protocols
- Provide exceptional customer service during delivery interactions
- Collaborate with dispatch team for route optimization and timely deliveries
Qualifications
- Valid Class A or B Commercial Driver's License (CDL)
- Minimum 1 year verifiable commercial driving experience
- Clean MVR with no major violations in past 3 years
- Ability to lift up to 70 pounds repeatedly
- Basic knowledge of DOT regulations and safety standards
- Strong navigation skills with familiarity with El Paso region
- Excellent time management and problem-solving abilities
- Pass background check and drug screening
