Responsibilities
- Safely operate commercial vehicles (dry van and refrigerated) on established delivery routes
- Complete pre/post-trip inspections and maintain accurate vehicle logs
- Ensure timely delivery of freight while adhering to DOT regulations
- Provide exceptional customer service during loading/unloading operations
- Collaborate with dispatch team for route optimization and delivery confirmations
- Report maintenance issues and vehicle defects promptly
Qualifications
- Valid Class A CDL with clean driving record (no major violations in 3 years)
- Minimum 1 year verifiable commercial driving experience
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly and work in varying weather conditions
- Strong knowledge of DOT regulations and safety protocols
- Excellent time management and route navigation skills
- Ability to pass background check and drug screening
