Responsibilities
- Operate commercial vehicles (Class A/B) to transport goods across Washington State safely and efficiently
- Adhere strictly to DOT regulations, safety protocols, and company policies during all operations
- Plan optimal routes using GPS technology to ensure timely deliveries and fuel efficiency
- Conduct thorough pre/post-trip vehicle inspections and document maintenance needs
- Load/unload cargo with precision, ensuring proper securing and handling procedures
- Maintain accurate electronic logs, delivery records, and compliance documentation
- Provide exceptional customer service during delivery interactions and problem resolution
- Collaborate with dispatch team to communicate delays, issues, or route adjustments
Qualifications
- Valid Class A or B Commercial Driver's License (CDL) with current endorsements
- Minimum 2 years verifiable commercial driving experience
- Clean MVR with no serious violations in past 3 years
- Pass DOT physical examination and drug screening requirements
- Proficiency in electronic logging devices (ELD) and GPS navigation systems
- Strong knowledge of Washington State traffic laws and hazardous materials regulations
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physically demanding tasks
- Excellent time management and problem-solving abilities in dynamic environments
