Responsibilities
- Safely operate commercial vehicles (dry van or refrigerated) for local routes
- Adhere to DOT regulations and perform pre/post-trip inspections
- Deliver freight to commercial locations within specified time windows
- Maintain accurate delivery documentation and electronic logging
- Communicate effectively with dispatch and clients regarding delivery status
- Assist with loading/unloading when required
Qualifications
- Valid Class A or B Commercial Driver's License (CDL)
- Minimum 1 year verifiable CDL experience
- Clean driving record (no major violations in past 3 years)
- Ability to pass DOT physical and drug screening
- Basic familiarity with Houston metro area geography
- Strong time management and customer service skills
