As our Route Driver, you represent the face of our company. You will ensure that our valued customers receive their orders on time and in perfect condition. We value reliability, safety, and professionalism above all else.
Responsibilities
- Safely operate commercial Class A vehicles to deliver products to designated addresses and customer locations.
- Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections, documenting any defects immediately.
- Load and unload cargo, ensuring proper securing and weight distribution according to safety regulations.
- Verify delivery addresses, obtain proper signatures, and resolve any delivery issues with professionalism.
- Maintain accurate delivery logs and paperwork in compliance with DOT regulations.
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients and the public while maintaining a professional appearance.
- Keep the vehicle interior and exterior clean and organized.
Qualifications
- Valid Commercial Driver's License (CDL) Class A required.
- Current Medical Examiner's Certificate (MEC) is mandatory.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of professional driving experience preferred.
- Clean driving record (MVR check required) with no major violations.
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs repeatedly during the shift.
- Basic computer literacy for electronic logging devices and paperwork.
- Must pass a background check and drug screen.
