Responsibilities
- Safely operate Class A commercial vehicles for local and regional routes
- Load/unload cargo with proper equipment handling protocols
- Adhere to DOT regulations and perform pre/post-trip inspections
- Maintain accurate delivery records and route documentation
- Provide outstanding customer service during delivery interactions
- Collaborate with dispatch for timely route adjustments
- Ensure cargo security and damage prevention measures
Qualifications
- Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL)
- Minimum 2 years verifiable commercial driving experience
- Clean MVR with no major violations in past 3 years
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and operate loading equipment
- Strong knowledge of Los Angeles metro area geography
- DOT medical certification and physical fitness requirements
- Excellent time management and problem-solving skills
