Responsibilities
- Safely operate box trucks (24-26 ft) for local deliveries throughout LA County
- Maintain accurate delivery logs and documentation for each shipment
- Coordinate with dispatch teams for efficient route planning and on-time pickups
- Ensure cargo security and proper handling of freight during transit
- Perform daily vehicle inspections and maintenance checks
- Provide exceptional customer service during delivery interactions
Qualifications
- Valid Class B Commercial Driver's License (CDL) with clean driving record
- Minimum 2 years box truck operation experience
- Own or have reliable access to 24-26 ft box truck in good condition
- Proof of commercial auto insurance ($1M liability coverage)
- Proficient with GPS navigation and delivery tracking apps
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly during unloading
- Strong time management and customer communication skills
