Responsibilities
- Secure and transport freight safely to designated destinations in Miami and surrounding areas.
- Load and unload cargo using proper equipment and safety protocols.
- Ensure the box truck is kept clean, organized, and in excellent mechanical condition.
- Complete all necessary paperwork, including bills of lading and delivery receipts.
- Adhere to all traffic laws, DOT regulations, and company safety policies.
- Maintain accurate records of mileage and delivery times.
Qualifications
- Valid Commercial Driver's License (CDL) Class A or B (if required by load type).
- Minimum of 2 years of experience driving box trucks or similar commercial vehicles.
- Must possess a clean driving record and current insurance coverage.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
- Strong communication skills and customer service orientation.
- Basic knowledge of GPS navigation and fleet management software.
