Responsibilities
- Operate personal box truck safely and efficiently for local deliveries in Dallas/Fort Worth
- Maintain accurate delivery records and documentation for each shipment
- Provide exceptional customer service during pickup and delivery operations
- Perform pre/post-trip inspections and basic vehicle maintenance
- Adhere to strict delivery timelines and route optimization protocols
- Communicate proactively with dispatch team regarding delays or issues
- Uphold SwiftHaul's safety standards and DOT compliance requirements
Qualifications
- Valid Class B CDL license with clean driving record
- Minimum 2 years box truck operation experience
- Personal box truck (24-26ft) in excellent working condition
- Strong knowledge of Dallas/Fort Worth metro area
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly
- Smartphone with reliable internet for app-based dispatch
- Basic mechanical troubleshooting skills
- Excellent time management and communication skills
