Responsibilities
- Safely operate box trucks (24-26 ft) for local and regional deliveries in Dallas metroplex
- Maintain accurate delivery logs and documentation via our digital tracking system
- Provide exceptional customer service during loading/unloading operations
- Perform pre/post-trip inspections and report maintenance needs promptly
- Optimize routes for on-time delivery while adhering to DOT regulations
- Coordinate with dispatch team for real-time schedule adjustments
- Manage cargo security and ensure proper handling of freight
Qualifications
- Valid Class B CDL with clean driving record (no major violations in 3 years)
- Minimum 2 years box truck or similar commercial driving experience
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and operate loading equipment
- Strong knowledge of Dallas/Fort Worth area and surrounding regions
- Reliable personal box truck (24-26 ft) with current commercial insurance
- Smartphone proficiency for our mobile dispatch app
- Pass background check and drug screening
