Responsibilities
- Safely operate box trucks for local and regional deliveries
- Maintain accurate delivery logs and documentation
- Inspect vehicles daily to ensure compliance with safety standards
- Coordinate with dispatch team for efficient route planning
- Provide exceptional customer service during delivery interactions
- Manage loading/unloading procedures with care
- Adhere to all DOT regulations and company policies
Qualifications
- Valid Class B CDL with clean driving record
- Minimum 2 years box truck operation experience
- Reliable box truck (26-28ft) in excellent condition
- Basic knowledge of GPS navigation and route optimization
- Strong time management and communication skills
- Ability to lift up to 50lbs occasionally
- Commercial insurance coverage ($1M minimum)
- Pass background check and drug screening
