Responsibilities
- Safely operate delivery vehicles to transport packages to customers on designated routes
- Maintain accurate delivery records and documentation using Amazon's technology systems
- Provide exceptional customer service during package deliveries and route interactions
- Conduct pre-trip inspections and ensure vehicle maintenance compliance
- Collaborate with logistics team to optimize delivery efficiency and time management
- Adhere strictly to Amazon's safety protocols and delivery standards
- Support warehouse operations when required for loading/unloading packages
Qualifications
- Valid commercial driver's license (CDL) Class B or A with clean driving record
- Minimum 1 year of commercial driving experience in urban environments
- Ability to lift packages up to 50 lbs regularly and operate in weather conditions
- Strong time management skills and route navigation expertise
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities
- Pass background check and drug screening requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Basic familiarity with GPS navigation systems preferred
