Responsibilities
- Safely and efficiently deliver Amazon packages to residential and commercial addresses using company-provided vehicles
- Maintain accurate delivery records and confirmations via mobile scanning technology
- Manage daily route optimization to ensure timely deliveries while adhering to safety protocols
- Provide excellent customer service during delivery interactions and address delivery exceptions
- Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure operational readiness
- Collaborate with dispatch team to resolve delivery challenges and maintain schedule integrity
Qualifications
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record (minimum 2 years experience)
- Ability to lift packages up to 50 pounds regularly and navigate stairs/deliveries
- Strong time management skills and ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Basic smartphone proficiency for delivery tracking and communication
- Flexibility to work mornings, afternoons, and weekends based on delivery volume
- Reliable transportation to and from assigned depot
- Pass background check and drug screening as required by Amazon DSP standards
