Responsibilities
- Safely operate company-provided delivery vehicles for Amazon packages
- Maintain accurate delivery records and GPS tracking systems
- Provide exceptional customer service during package delivery and pickup
- Perform pre/post-trip vehicle inspections and basic maintenance checks
- Follow Amazon's delivery protocols and safety standards
- Optimize delivery routes for maximum efficiency
- Communicate delivery exceptions and customer concerns to dispatch
Qualifications
- Valid commercial driver's license (Class A or B) or clean driving record
- Minimum 1 year of professional driving experience
- Ability to lift packages up to 50 lbs regularly
- Strong time management and route optimization skills
- Excellent customer service communication abilities
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Basic smartphone proficiency for delivery tracking apps
- Pass background check and drug screening
