Responsibilities
- Safely operate delivery vehicles to transport packages to customers within designated Tucson routes
- Ensure on-time delivery while maintaining exceptional customer service standards
- Load/unload packages efficiently while verifying shipment accuracy
- Use handheld devices to scan packages and update delivery status in real-time
- Conduct pre/post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure safety compliance
- Communicate delivery exceptions proactively to dispatch and customers
- Maintain clean and organized vehicle interiors
Qualifications
- Valid Arizona driver's license with clean driving record (no major violations in past 3 years)
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly and stand/walk for extended periods
- Strong navigation skills with familiarity of Tucson area
- Excellent time management and punctuality
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Basic smartphone proficiency for Amazon's delivery apps
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Previous delivery/driver experience preferred
