Responsibilities
- Safely operate Amazon delivery vehicles following all traffic laws and safety protocols
- Efficiently load, sort, and deliver packages to residential and commercial addresses
- Maintain accurate delivery records and report discrepancies to shift supervisors
- Perform pre/post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure operational readiness
- Provide exceptional customer service during delivery interactions
- Optimize delivery routes using GPS technology to maximize efficiency
- Adhere to Amazon's safety standards and delivery SLAs
- Communicate effectively with dispatch team regarding delivery status
Qualifications
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record (no major violations in past 3 years)
- Ability to lift packages weighing up to 50 pounds repeatedly
- Minimum 21 years of age
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Basic knowledge of Phoenix metropolitan area
- Ability to work independently in fast-paced environment
