Responsibilities
- Safely operate delivery vehicles to transport packages to customers in a timely manner
- Load/unload packages efficiently while maintaining organized delivery routes
- Provide exceptional customer service during package deliveries and address any delivery concerns
- Use Amazon's delivery technology (e.g., handheld scanner) to track and confirm deliveries
- Maintain clean and well-maintained delivery vehicle per company standards
- Adhere to all traffic laws and safety protocols while on duty
- Communicate delivery status and issues to DSP management team promptly
Qualifications
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record (minimum 1 year experience)
- Ability to lift packages up to 50 lbs repeatedly
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Excellent customer service orientation and communication abilities
- Basic smartphone proficiency for using delivery applications
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Flexibility to work mornings, afternoons, or evenings (4-8 hour shifts)
- Must pass background check and drug screening
