Responsibilities
- Pick up and drop off passengers safely and efficiently at their requested locations.
- Utilize the mobile application to navigate routes and manage ride requests.
- Ensure the vehicle is clean, well-maintained, and presentable for all passengers.
- Adhere to all local traffic laws, road regulations, and company policies.
- Provide friendly, professional, and courteous customer service to every rider.
- Collect fares accurately and handle digital payments seamlessly.
- Report any vehicle issues or safety concerns to the support team immediately.
Qualifications
- Valid Driver's License with a clean driving record (no DUIs in the last 3 years).
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
- Ownership of a reliable 4-door vehicle (2010 or newer preferred).
- Current auto insurance coverage.
- Ownership of a smartphone (iPhone or Android) with a data plan.
- Ability to pass a background check.
- Basic English proficiency for communication with passengers.
