Responsibilities
- Safely transport passengers between requested pickup and drop-off locations using the MetroRide Connect app
- Maintain a clean, well-maintained vehicle that meets all safety and appearance standards
- Provide exceptional customer service through friendly interactions and route optimization
- Complete all trips efficiently while adhering to local traffic laws and regulations
- Report maintenance issues and accidents promptly through the driver portal
- Monitor app for ride requests and accept trips based on your availability
- Track and submit earnings reports accurately through the platform
Qualifications
- Valid U.S. driver's license with at least 1 year of clean driving record
- Smartphone with reliable data connection and GPS capabilities
- 4-door vehicle model year 2010 or newer in excellent condition
- Passionate about customer service with friendly, professional demeanor
- Ability to pass background check and vehicle inspection
- Basic knowledge of Richmond metropolitan area and surrounding communities
- Self-motivated with strong time management skills
