Responsibilities
- Safely transport passengers to requested destinations using the CityRide Connect app
- Maintain a clean, professional vehicle appearance at all times
- Provide exceptional customer service and assist passengers with luggage/strollers
- Follow all local traffic laws and CityRide safety protocols
- Complete trips efficiently while optimizing routes for passenger satisfaction
- Report vehicle maintenance issues promptly through the support system
- Track and report earnings accurately through the driver portal
Qualifications
- Valid US driver's license with at least 1 year of driving experience
- Must pass background check and vehicle inspection
- Smartphone proficiency (iOS/Android)
- Basic knowledge of Lincoln area landmarks and traffic patterns
- Ability to lift 50 lbs for luggage assistance
- Positive attitude and commitment to passenger safety
- No major moving violations in the past 3 years
- 18+ years of age
