Responsibilities
- Safely transport passengers to destinations using the CityRide app
- Maintain clean, well-maintained vehicles meeting all safety standards
- Provide exceptional customer service with friendly, professional interactions
- Optimize routes to maximize efficiency and rider satisfaction
- Complete pre-trip vehicle inspections and report maintenance needs
- Adhere to all local traffic laws and CityRide KC policies
Qualifications
- Valid Missouri driver's license with clean driving record
- Must own a 4-door vehicle model 2010 or newer
- Smartphone proficiency with reliable data plan
- Pass background check and vehicle inspection
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
