Responsibilities
- Provide safe, reliable, and courteous transportation to passengers via the rideshare app.
- Complete the provided paid training program to understand route optimization and safety protocols.
- Adhere to all local traffic laws and traffic signals to ensure passenger safety.
- Maintain the cleanliness and hygiene of the vehicle interior and exterior at all times.
- Assist passengers with luggage and provide local recommendations when appropriate.
- Utilize the mobile app to accept rides, track routes, and process payments accurately.
- Communicate effectively with passengers and handle any ride issues professionally.
Qualifications
- Valid driver's license issued by the state of Hawaii.
- A clean driving record with no serious traffic violations or DUIs in the past 3-5 years.
- Access to a reliable, insured, and registered vehicle (4-door) in good mechanical condition.
- A valid smartphone with a compatible operating system for the rideshare app.
- Willingness to undergo a background check and complete the paid training program.
- Strong customer service skills and a friendly, professional demeanor.
- Ability to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays.
